The National Association of Letter Carriers’ “Stamp Out Hunger” Food Drive will take place on Saturday, May 11, 2019. Orland Township is a proud participant in this annual event and is looking for volunteers to assist with a variety of tasks, including unloading mail trucks, sorting donation items, checking expiration dates and boxing up items. Students will earn community service hours for school if needed.
Volunteer shifts are available on Saturday, May 11, between 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Monday, May 13 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Volunteer shifts are scheduled in two-hour time periods and take place at the Township office, 14807 S. Ravinia Ave., Orland Park.
