Orland Township will host its Spring Job Fair on Tuesday, April 30 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Orland Township Activity Center, 14807 S. Ravinia Avenue, Orland Park, according to the office of Township Supervisor Paul O’Grady.
More than 30 companies will be attending, representing a variety of industries, including health care, financial, home improvement, government and transportation. Attendees will be able to network with local companies and talk to their representatives about current job openings.
Those attending will also be able to utilize the Township’s computer lab, if needed, to complete online applications and submit them to the companies in attendance.
“Orland Township is proud to be able to bring together local companies who want to expand their workforce with residents seeking employment,” said Supervisor O’Grady. “Our job fairs are just one of the ways Orland Township assists residents.”
The job fair is free and no registration is required. Those seeking employment are asked to bring several copies of their resume to distribute to potential employers and to dress in business casual attire.
Space is still available for employers who would like to participate in the Spring Job Fair. Please call (708) 403-4222 for information.
