Ageless Grace

Ageless Grace utilizes anti-aging exercises that are based on everyday movements and are natural and organic. All exercises are done while seated in a chair.
Space is limited and registration is required. To sign up, please visit the Orland Township office, 14807 S. Ravinia Ave., Orland Park, during regular business hours (Mon. – Fri., 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.)
8-week session fees:
$48 – Resident
$53 – Non-Resident
