We do not accept Medicare Advantage \n\nFLUZONE HIGH-DOSE\n· Adults 65 and older:\n$85 individuals with Traditional Medicare Part B: Orland Township will bill Medicare for vaccine.\n· Those with a Medicare Advantage Plan OR Retiree Plan (depending upon your insurance plan)\, may be able to submit vaccine receipt for reimbursement.\n*Fluzone HD Vaccine is preservative free.\n\n· Adults : $85\n             *Flublok is 100% egg free.\n             *Flublok is highly purified and preservative free.\n             *Flublok has 3x more antigens than the traditional flu vaccine.\n\n***It is recommended that interested individuals bring their updated immunization records and consult with their physician regarding which vaccine they may need.\nPlease wear a short sleeve shirt and arrive in good health.
