Health Services administers vaccines provided through the Vaccines for Children (VFC) program to Orland Township residents, age 18 and under, who are uninsured, underinsured (vaccines not covered under current medical plan), insured by Medicaid Title XIX (19), or are Native American (American Indian/Alaskan Native).
Township children meeting the above requirements are charged a $10 administration fee per shot.

You can visit www.cdc.gov for information about the VFC program and guidelines for eligibility.
Immunization clinics are held once a month, February through November. Click here to view 2024 clinic dates. All clinics are held at the Orland Township office, 14807 S. Ravinia Ave., Orland Park. Appointments must be made prior to attending clinics, please call (708) 403-4222 to schedule an appointment. A parent or legal guardian must accompany a child unless special arrangements are made with Health Services prior to the clinic. Vaccinations will be administered ONLY to those children who bring an up-to-date U.S. immunization record and a Medicaid Title XIX (19) card (if applicable).
Individuals arriving to be vaccinated must eat before attending the clinic.
Following the guidelines of the CDC and to ensure the safety of everyone, anyone attending a clinic is asked to wear a face mask. Additionally, we ask that only the child receiving vaccines, along with one parent or legal guardian, enter the facility for the appointment. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
