Zumba Gold is for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower intensity.
It’s to help improve cardiovascular fitness and boost your mood. If you enjoy Zumba, you’re also more likely to do it regularly & experience its benefits as an aerobic excersise.
