Orland Township Assessor Antonio Rubino announced that the mailing and due dates for 2025 first installment Cook County property tax bills have been extended by one month under recently enacted state legislation.
Ordinarily, first installment tax bills are mailed around February 1 and are due on March 1. This year, however, the bills will be mailed in early March and will be due on April 1.

Orland Township Assessor Antonio Rubino invites residents to attend a property tax appeal forum presented by Cook County Board of Review Commissioner Larry Rogers Jr. on Tuesday, January 27, at 6:00 p.m. at Orland Township, located at 14807 S. Ravinia Avenue, Orland Park.

Orland Township Assessor Antonio Rubino announced that Orland Township is now open for property tax appeals with the Cook County Board of Review through February 3, 2026.
EXTERIOR ELECTRIC WORK 2025
Orland Township is seeking bid proposals from electric companies for the removal, purchase and installation of all exterior pathway lights and electrical boxes on parking lot poles.
Official bid packets are available for pick- up Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Orland Township will receive sealed bids until 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 17, 2025.

Orland Township is soliciting Statements of Interest and Qualifications from qualified firms to provide comprehensive Architectural Services, as per (50 ILCS 510/) Local Government Professional Services Selection Act, to assist the Public Entity in performing possible planning, remodeling, construction and special projects.
