- For adults ages 18+ No appointment necessary, walk-ins welcome!
- Please consult with your physician as to which vaccine you may need.
- Please bring Medicare card and ID upon Arrival. We do not accept Medicare Advantage
FLUZONE HIGH-DOSE
· Adults 65 and older:
$85 individuals with Traditional Medicare Part B: Orland Township will bill Medicare for vaccine.
· Those with a Medicare Advantage Plan OR Retiree Plan (depending upon your insurance plan), may be able to submit vaccine receipt for reimbursement.
*Fluzone HD Vaccine is preservative free.
· Adults: $85
*Flublok is 100% egg free.
*Flublok is highly purified and preservative free.
*Flublok has 3x more antigens than the traditional flu vaccine.
***It is recommended that interested individuals bring their updated immunization records and consult with their physician regarding which vaccine they may need.
Please wear a short sleeve shirt and arrive in good health.
