Is your child in need of vaccines? The Vaccines for Children (VFC) program can help!
Orland Township Health Services administers vaccines provided through the Vaccines for Children (VFC) program to children, age 18 & under, and are uninsured, Medicaid-eligible or Medicaid-enrolled, or Native American (American Indian / Alaska Native).
Call 708-403-4222 to schedule an appointment! A parent/guardian must accompany the child.
Don’t forget to bring your child’s up-to-date immunization record and any Medicaid, if applicable.
