Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin & international music with dance moves.
Routines incorporate interval training, alternating fast & slow rhythms to help improve cardiovascular
fitness & boost your mood. If you enjoy Zumba, you’re also more likely to do it regularly and experience its benefits.
Lightweights may be used but will be provided. Instructed by Virginia King.
