Orland Township and Parkview Christian Church are partnering to assist our resident seniors with registering for the COVID-19 vaccine. While the process to register may seem daunting, with assistance, it can be done quickly and is the first step to receiving a COVID-19 vaccine.
If you need assistance registering, Orland Township and Parkview Christian Church offer the following options:
On the following days, residents can visit Parkview Christian Church, 11100 Orland Parkway, Orland Park, to receive assistance registering:
Tuesday, February 16 (9 a.m. to noon)
Thursday, February 18 (9 a.m. to noon)
Saturday, February 20 (3 p.m. to 5 p.m.)
Sunday, February 21 (8 a.m. to noon)
Tuesday, February 23 (9 a.m. to noon)
Thursday, February 25 (9 a.m. to noon)
Saturday, February 27 (3 p.m. to 5 p.m.)
Sunday, February 28 (8 a.m. to noon)
When visiting Parkview Christian Church to register, go to the Front Desk, which is located on the west side of the building, adjacent to Wolf Road. Residents who do not wish to visit in person can call (708) 478-7477 on the above days and times to register over the phone.
On Wednesdays, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., call Orland Township at (708) 403-4222. Township staff will complete the registration process for you over the phone.
Please be ready with your information, including your name, address, email address (preferred, but not necessary), and your cell phone number. Additionally, please have pen and paper to write down your confirmation number, which will be given to you at the end of the registration process. Keep this number in a safe place, as you will need it when contacted by the Cook County Department of Public Health to schedule your actual appointment.
If you already have a confirmation number, you do not need to call Parkview Christian Church or Orland Township – you are already registered.
Please note – when registering, you do not immediately receive a vaccine appointment. By registering, your information is being submitted into the Cook County Community Vaccination Program. Cook County will contact you when appointments are available.
