Our medical services are discounted by as much as, if not more than, 50% per medical service. To select a participating physician and purchase a voucher for services, please visit the Orland Township office located at 14807 S. Ravinia Ave. Proof of residency is required at the time of voucher purchase. Residents must schedule appointments with the healthcare provider directly.
